Best-U started as I personally put on a lot of weight over Lockdown. I have been playing high level sport for over 30 years and have tried every single diet that I know of.
There were positives and negatives for each diet. So I decided I wanted a plan that could fit into my lifestyle, that was achievable on the run, that gave me energy, and didn't let me go to bed hungry, as all the other diets seemed to do this.
So I researched and combined the current sciences of the Atkins diet, intermittent fasting, portion control, timing, walking and the French diet and experimented on myself wth this new formula.
I easily lost 17kg.
This is when I met with Client #1 and we decided to experiment the plan on him, getting amazing results. Not only reducing his weight by 20kg, but dramatically improved his health, his water %, and his energy. He is a new man now with a new positive lease on life!

All plans work, but none that I have tried satisfied me. I knew it was working, but I knew as soon as I stopped it would go back to where I was. They are not realistic for life. This is different. I teach U what food is on the plan, and when is the Best time to eat these, I teach U what to buy on the run, what to order at a restaurant, so the plan fits in with anyone's lifestyle, at any time.
