I started my career very light, and added weight to fight in different weight categories.

My name is Steve Hill.
I've been a touring DJ / Producer and event promoter for nearly 30 years.
All of that touring lifestyle added to my weight over time and got to a point where I was starting to have health problems because of it.
I'd been recommended a heap of diets but nothing really stuck.
What I lost I put back on...and more.
I needed something that was going to become a lifestyle rather than a quick fix.
I was introduced to Aaron through a good friend of mine and he talked me through the journey and coached me with his diet.
I'd just weighed in at a staggering 106kg and a BMI around 40. Sleep apnoea, lower back issues, high blood pressure, lethargic...and I'm pretty sure I was heading for type 2 diabetes.
A year later I was 80kg and had a BMI less than 30, no sleep issues, no back problems, energy levels of a 30 year old and feeling great.
The good news is I lost all that weight...and kept it off! I have maintained it around the 80kg mark for the past 8 months with minimal effort by continually employing the principles of the Best-U diet.

Three times a week we have a full one on one personal strength training session. I have more than doubled all of my strength training clients within 8 weeks. The workout is quick, 40 minutes.
